About Us
Why no pictures of our writers?
We’ve been avid readers most of our lives, and we know how important imagination is to the reading experience. How many times have you seen a movie based on a book you loved and thought, “That’s not how I pictured them at all” or “They even said the name wrong!”?
That’s exactly why we’ve chosen not to include our photos in our bios. We don’t want to color your imagination or pull you out of the world of the letters. These stories are yours to experience, and we believe your mind’s eye is the best illustrator.
Nik
Feet on the ground, head in the stars
The first child of very talented parents, Nik, spent the formative years at an advertising agency in Manhattan, alongside a father who allowed and encouraged creative expression. With an affinity for illustration, Nik spent hours immersed in any form of artistic conduct. Whether writing and performing short plays for the family as a child or memorizing movie dialog and old radio shows, Nik found imagination enhanced within the pages of books.
Science Fiction held so much mystery and possibilities. Nik read and read until the desire to create the fantasy worlds became a driving force. Nik created over 40 comic book characters, then wrote and illustrated four original comic books. A local magazine published some of Nik’s comic characters.
Nik’s recent novel writing is a course change. While writing has been a part of the work throughout Nik’s life, it has now become a focus.
Anthony Logan
Anthony has been a voracious reader since the age of three, and words have been at the center of his life ever since. By eighth grade, he was already writing songs and poems, a passion that grew into a career as a published writer with more than 70 newspaper and magazine articles to his name. Along the way, he earned several awards as an editor and expanded his craft into photography and video creation. For years, his work in communications has blended storytelling with imagery, always with one goal in mind: to connect people through the power of stories.
Writing Romance stories became a way to express himself. The 50 Shades came out and he felt that he needed to create a much more positive example of how couples could keep their spark alive and have a relationship that grows instead of all of the relationships that he was exposed to usually faded into barely tolerating each other through time.
