Are these actually letters that were found and re-created to be sent out to subscribers?

No. These are original stories written by us. While the characters are fictional, we weave them into real historical events and often mention real historical figures so the storyline feels authentic to the time.

Are you using AI to write out these letters?

No. We’re passionate storytellers who create every storyline ourselves. What we do use AI for is double-checking our language, making sure it fits naturally with the time period we’re writing about.

How many letters will I receive?         

       Each subscription is for one year and two letters will be mailed out per month. So the total amount of letters is 24.

Are the letters family-friendly?

       Yes. These stories are written in the Clean Romance tradition. The focus is on the historical events and the heartfelt emotions of the characters, with romantic longings expressed in a wholesome and tasteful way.

How long is each letter?

       Each letter will be over two pages and usually close to three pages.

Can I buy just one set instead of subscribing?

       Yes. Each subscription is for one complete set of 12 letters, delivered over 12 months. We call it a subscription because the letters are mailed monthly — but when the set is finished, so is your subscription.

Can I cancel my subscription?

       Yes. While we may be heartbroken (and possibly require therapy to recover from the disappointment 😉), your wishes are most important to us. You can cancel at any time.

How are the letters shipped?

       Your subscription includes free shipping. However, we don’t recommend it, as it is the least reliable option. We will be offering an inexpensive upgrade with tracking, so you’ll know exactly where your letters are.

What if a letter doesn’t arrive?

       We want you to be thrilled with your subscription. If a letter doesn’t show up or arrives late, please contact us and we’ll make it right.

What payment methods do you accept?

       Currently, we accept PayPal. We are looking into adding other payment options in the future.

Is my payment information secure?

       Yes. That’s why we chose PayPal. They use industry-leading security and encryption to keep your information safe.

Can I give this as a gift?

       Absolutely! These subscriptions make wonderful gifts. You’re welcome to share them with loved ones — and we’d love for you to tell your friends about us, too.
